Projekts: Uzņēmuma "Amber Capital" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Uzņēmuma „Amber Capital” dibināšana”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir projekta formā nodibināt neatkarīgo uzņēmumu, kas nodarbosies ar konsultatīvo darbību aktīvu pārvaldes jomā. Jaundibinātā uzņēmuma pilns nosaukums ir Ieguldījumu Pārvaldes Sabiedrība „Amber Capital”. Projekta ietvaros uzņēmums plāno piedāvāt pašu izstrādātās investēšanas stratēģijas pielietošanu ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrībām, kas pārvalda akciju investīciju fondus. „Amber Capital” pozicionēts kā finanšu „butiks” jeb specializētais pakalpojumu sniedzējs konkrētam tirgus segmentam, kurā rīcība ir novatoriskā investēšanas stratēģija.

The title of the master thesis is “Establishment of the company “Amber Capital””. The key goal of the master thesis project is the establishment of the independent company that provides consulting services in the field of asset management. The full name of the newly established company is Investment Management Company “Amber Capital”. Within the framework of the project “Amber Capital” is focused on provision of in-house developed investment strategy for the news of third party asset managers who manage investment funds with asset being invested in publicly available stocks. “Amber Capital” is positioned on the market as the financial “boutique” or, in other words, as a specialized asset manager who targets a particular investment market segment and who applies a unique and innovative investment strategy.
