| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba tēma ir „Vadības sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA „WATER SER””. Darba pētījuma mērķis ir SIA „WATER SER” uz ilgtermiņa attīstību balstītas vadības sistēmas pilnveidošanas pasākumu definēšana, izstrāde, un ieviešanas plāna prezentēšana.
Darba pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta populārāko vadības sistēmu teorētiskajam aprakstam. Otrā nodaļa ir veltīta būvniecības nozares raksturojumam. Darba trešā nodaļa ir veltīta pētāmā uzņēmuma raksturošanai. Ceturtajā nodaļā, balstoties uz veikto datu analīze, autors piedāvā īstenot pakāpeniskās pilnveidošanas stratēģiju. Piektā nodaļa ir veltīta pētāmā uzņēmuma vadības sistēmas pilnveidošanas pasākumiem ieviešot līdzsvaroto rādītāju sistēmu.
Darba apjoms ir 88 lpp., ietvertas 5 nodaļas, 24 apakšnodaļas, 9 tabulas un 23 attēli.

| dc.description.abstract | The title of the present master thesis is Improvement of the Management System at WATER SER Ltd. The goal of the research is to develop Improvement of the Management System at WATER SER Ltd, which is based on setting building measures, their implementation and deployment sequence for long-term development.
The first chapter is devoted to the most popular management systems theoretical description. The second chapter is devoted to the construction industry characteristics. Chapter Three is devoted to the characterization of the researched company. In the fourth chapter, based on the data analysis, the author proposes to implement the phased development strategy. The fifth chapter is devoted to the investigated company's management system improvement measures for implementation of the balanced score system.
The thesis consists of 88 pages, included 5 chapters, 24 subchapters, 9 tables and 23 figures.
