Projekts „Bērnu vertikālie šūpulīši"

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Projekts „Bērnu vertikālie šūpulīši”” mērķis ir izstrādāt projekta priekšlikumu biznesa projekta realizēšanai. Pirmajā nodaļā veikta jaundzimušo un bērnu, līdz vienam gadam, aprūpes specifikas izpēte un dzimstības rādītāju, Latvijā, analīze, kā rezultātā konstatēta pamatproblēma. Otrajā nodaļā autors izstrādā reāla projekta tehniski-ekonomisko pamatojumu projekta priekšlikumam ar risku analīzes un izmaksu/ieguvumu analīzes palīdzību, uz kura bāzes, darba trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta šī projekta īstenošanas procesa izstrāde. Darbs sastāv no 187 lappusmēm, 21 attēla, 12 tabulām un 37 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: projektu vadīšana, projekts.

The goal of master’s paper "Project "Children's vertical Cradles"" is to develop a business proposal to carry out the project in life. In the first chapter has done research about infants and child, till one year of age, care specifics and analysis of fertility rates in Latvia, as a result, found the main problem. In the second chapter the author developed a real project technical and economic feasibility of the project proposal with the risk analysis and cost / benefit analysis on which to base, the third chapter in the project development process.
