Būtisko vides kvalitātes aspektu analīze Daugavpils reģionā
Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darbu „Būtisku vides kvalitātes aspektu analīze Daugavpils reģionā” izstrādājusi Vadības zinību maģistrantūras 2. kursa students Pāvels Lapkovskis. Darbs izstrādāts uz 93 lapām, iekļaujot pielikumus. Darbā izmantoti 30 attēli un 23 tabulas.
Vides aspekts ir organizācijas darbības, produktu vai pakalpojumu veidi, kas var nozīmīgi iedarboties uz vidi. Autors, izstrādājot maģistra darbu, ir centies apskatīt vienu no būtiskajiem vides aspektiem – izmešus gaisā.
Darbs izstrādāts, veidojot trīs sadaļas:
1.vides aizsardzības svarīgāko likumu analīze, ISO 14000 un EMAS vides pārvaldības sistēmu raksturojums, ISO 14000 un EMAS sistēmu salīdzināšana, lai dotu priekšstatu par viņas kopīgiem un atšķirīgiem momentiem, Ekokartēšana – vienkāršota vides pārvaldības sistēma mazā uzņēmumā, kā arī informācija par Daugavpils Reģionālo Vides pārvaldi
2.izmeši gaisā, kā būtiskais vides aspekts un to vadība Daugavpils reģionā, autors analīzē izmešus daudzumus gaisā Daugavpils reģionā, kā ari cenšas analizēt esošu situāciju un dot priekšlikumus problēmu risināšanai.
3.Daugavpils uzņēmumu vadītāju un speciālistu aptauja.
Darba nobeigumā autors dod savus secinājumus par esošo situāciju un ieteikumus, pamatojoties uz darba veikto datu analīzi, kā arī vispārēju pārskatu par kopējo darbu, kā arī nobeigumā autors sniedz priekšlikumus vides aspektu samazināšanai Daugavpils reģionā.
Situācijas raksturošanai pamatā ir izmantoti Valsts Vides dienesta Daugavpils Reģionālās Vides pārvaldes nepublicētie materiāli, valsts likumdošanas institūciju dokumenti un citu atbildīgo institūciju dokumentācija. Kā darba metode ir izmatota matemātiskās statistikas, grafiskās, salīdzinājuma metodes un sociālās aptaujas metode. The master work “The vital environmental aspects analysis in Daugavpils region” is worked out by Pavels Lapkovskis, the 2nd year student of master course of Management science. The master work is worked out on 93 pages, including appendixes. In the master work are used 30 illustrations and 23 tables.
Environmental aspect is the organizational work styles, also products or services types, which can work on the environment. The author, by the working out the master work, was trying to see over the one of the most important environmental aspects – the fallouts in the air.
The master work consists of three parts:
1.The analysis of the most important laws of the environmental protection, the characterization of the environmental management systems ISO 14000 and EMAS, with the aim to give an idea of their common and different moments, Ecomapping – the simplified environmental management system in the small enterprises, also information about the Regional Environmental Administration of Daugavpils.
2.The fallouts in the air as the relevant environmental aspect and its management in the Daugavpils region. The author analyses the quantity of the fallouts in the air in the Daugavpils region, also tries to analyze the existing situation and to give proposals for solving the problems.
3.The inquiry of the specialists and chiefs of the enterprises in Daugavpils.
In the conclusion of the master work the author draws his conclusions about the existing situation, gives recommendations on the basis of the analysis made in the master work.
For the characterizing of the situation were used the unpublished materials of Regional Environmental Administration of Daugavpils, the documents of the public constituted institutions and documentation of the other institutions. As the work method are used the mathematical-statistical, method of graphic and comparison, also method of social inquiry.
