Darba temats ir naudas piedāvājums un inflācija.
Bakalaura darba pētāmās problēmas būtība ir tāda, ka pastāv naudas kvantitatīva teorija, kura parāda ciešo sakarību starp inflāciju un naudas piedāvājumu. Tā kā inflācija pēdējos gados ir bijusi ļoti mainīga, autore nolēma izpētīt, cik lielā mērā to ietekmēja tieši naudas piedāvājums.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalīzēt naudas piedāvājumu un inflāciju, to noteicošos faktorus un ietekmi uz tautsaimniecību, kā arī noteikt mijiedarbību laika posmā no 2002. gada līdz 2011. gadam.
Darba pirmajā daļā autore analizē naudas būtību, tas funkcijas un pazīmes, naudas piedāvājuma būtību, to rādītājus, ietekmējošos faktorus un inflācijas raksturojumu, veidus un aprēķināšanu, cēloņus un sekas. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta un analizēta naudas piedāvājuma un inflācijas dinamika Latvijā. Noslēguma daļā tiek aprēķināta sakarība starp naudas piedāvājumu un inflāciju.

The main problem of research for this bachelors work is that there is a quantitative theory of money, which illustrates the close relationship between inflation and money supply. As inflation in recent years has been very variable, the author decided to investigate to what extent it affected the money supply.
Bachelor thesis is to analyze the money supply and inflation, the determinants and impact on the economy, as well as to determine the interaction between the 2002nd year by 2011.year.
The first part the author analyzes the nature of money, it functions and features, the nature of the money supply, the indicators, influencing factors and inflation characteristics, types, and calculation of the causes and consequences. In the second section and analyzed in the money supply and inflation dynamics in Latvian. In the concluding section is calculated as the relationship between money supply and inflation.
