Diplomdarba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu, veikt SIA „Adatiņa” finanšu analīzi, atklāt trūkumus, problēmas un tā rezultātā izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanā.
Teorētiskajā daļā autore apskata finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus.
Praktiskajā daļā autore veic sabiedrības finanšu pārskatu analīzi, novērtē sabiedrības finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas, un mēģina noteikt izmaiņu cēloņus un meklē iespēju uzlabot un pilnveidot sabiedrības finanšu darbību.
Diplomdarba apjoms ir 62 lappuses, tas sastāv no 2 nodaļām un 2 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantotas 22 formulas, 18 tabulas un 12 attēli.
