Patērētāju attieksmes novērtēšana pret banku hipotekārajiem kredītiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas iedzīvotāju attieksmi pret banku piedāvātajiem hipotekārajiem kredītiem un kritērijus pēc kuriem iedzīvotāji izvēlas konkrētās bankas pakalpojumus. Darbā ir analizēti autores izstrādātās aptaujas rezultāti. Šeit ir aplūkota respondentu attieksme pret banku sistēmu kopumā, kuras bankas ir līderes kreditēšanas jomā pēc respondentu domām, un iemesli, pēc kuriem kredītņēmēji izvēlās banku, kurā ņemt hipotekāro kredītu. Šo darbu var izmantot banku kredītu speciālisti, lai noskaidrotu, kuri tad ir galvenie iemesli, kuri klientam liek izvēlēties par labu vienai vai otrai bankai, kā arī tie bankas speciālisti, kuri izstrādā banku piedāvājumus. Darba rezultātu attēlošanai darbā ir izmantoti 20 attēli un 6 tabulas.

The goal of master’s paper is to explore the attitude of people in Latvia towards mortgage loan offered by the banks and criteria against which people choose services of a particular bank. There are results of questionnaire elaborated by the author. It also investigates general attitude of respondents towards banking system, which banks lead in the area of crediting and reasons why borrowers choose a particular bank where to apply for mortgage loan. Bank credit eksperts can use the paper to learn about the main reasons for the customers in choosing one particular bank, as well as those bank eksperts elaborating offers of bank services. The paper consist of 20 pictures and 6 tabeles.
