| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 42 lappusēm. Darbs satur 31 attēlu, 7 tabulas, 32 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem un pielikumus.
Darba mērķis: novērtēt acs priekšējo daļu izmaiņas HMKL un SHMKL lietotājiem.
Darba uzdevumi: Novērtēt limba, bulbus konjunktīvas izmaiņas pēc Efrona skalas.
Subjekti: pētījumā salīdzināti 200 plānotas nomaiņas mīksto kontaktlēcu nēsātāji.
Metode: Objektīvi tika noteiktas acs priekšējo daļu izmaiņas pēc Efrona kontaktlēcu komplikāciju gradāciju skalas.
Rezultāti: Biežākais hipoksijas pazīmju raksturs ir limbālā daļā. Tika atrasta korelācija starp acs priekšējo daļu izmaiņām un kontaktlēcu dioptriju stiprumu, un nēsāšanas ilgumu.
Secinājumi: veicot HMKL nomaiņu uz SHMKL, samazinās hipoksijas izraisītās izmaiņas acs priekšējās daļās.

| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor work is written in Latvian language, it contains 42 pages. The thesis includes 31pictures, 7 tables, 32 references and attachments.
Purpose: to evaluate changes of anterior eye from hydrogel and silicone hydrogel soft contact lenses.
Tasks: to evaluate limbal and bulbar redness with Efron scale.
Subjects: there were examined 200 planned or replacement SCL users.
Method: By objective considerations were defined anterior eye changes by Efron Grading Scales.
Results: The most common changes are found in limbal part. There was found correlation between changes in the anterior eye, wearing experience and wearing time.
Conclusions: Change of contact lens type resolves problems related to hypoxia, but there is no great drop in overall subjective complaints.
