Kvalitātes pārvaldība mazā IT uzņēmumā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Kvalitātes pārvaldība mazā IT uzņēmumā”. Izvēlētās tēmas aktualitāte ir pamatota ar nepieciešamību padarīt efektīvāku mazu nozares uzņēmumu pārvaldību, papildinot to ar KVS elementiem. Darba pamatdaļa sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā analizēti pasaulē plaši pazīstamu kvalitātes vadības sistēmu pamatprincipi, to aktualitāte pasaulē, Latvijā un konkrētajā nozarē. Nākamajās nodaļās analizēts uzņēmums, tā esošā situācija, sastādīts pasākumu plāns, kas būtu prioritāri veicams situācijas uzlabošanai, parādīti konkrēti risinājumi. Darba noslēgumā apkopoti secinājumi un izteikti priekšlikumi turpmākām aktivitātēm sistēmas ieviešanā un nostiprināšanā. Darbs izpildīts latviešu valodā uz 57 lapaspusēm, iekļautas 5 tabulas un 12 attēli, pievienoti 4 pielikumi. Izmantoti 19 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The theme of the Master’s Work is “Quality Management in the small IT Company”. The topicality of the theme chosen is based on the necessity to make more effective small company management, to supplement it with elements of Quality management system. The basic part of the Work consists of the introduction, five sections, conclusions and proposals. In the first section there are analyzed the basic principles of world well known quality management systems and their topicality in the world, in Latvia and in the specific field. In the further sections there is analyzed the company, its present situation and is given the plan of priority lines which would be necessary for the improvement of current situation, and some specific solutions are also given. Further the repeated analysis of situation is carried out and also further goals are set. The final section of the Work contains the summary of conclusions and proposals for further activities in the implementation and strengthening of the system. The Work is made in Latvian language on 57 pages, and includes 5 tables and 12 pictures. There have been used 19 literary and information sources.
