Abstract
Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 35 lappusēm. Tas satur 6 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 23 literatūras avotu atsauksmes.
Darba mērķis: pārbaudīt redzes vingrinājumu kompleksa ietekmi uz sportistu reakcijas laiku.
Subjekti: Eksperimentā piedalījās 10 subjekti (6 vīrieši, 4 sievietes vecumā no 16 līdz 24 gadiem, vidējais vecums 20,2 ± 3,0 gadi).
Metode: ar vingrinājumu kompleksu, kas sastāv no vingrinājumiem akomodācijas viegluma uzlabošanai, precīzām un ātrām sakāžu kustībām un fūzijas trenēšanai, uzlabot subjektu reakcijas laiku. Reakcijas laiks noteikts ar acu-roku koordinācijas trenēšanas iekārtu.
Rezultāti: subjekti uzlaboja reakcijas laiku vidēji par 0,07 ± 0,01 sekundēm. Kopējais uzlabojums ir 11 %. Uzlabojumi atšķiras, nosakot tos atsevišķi pa paralēļu pāriem. 1. un 2. paralēlei uzlabojums ir no 10 līdz 17 %. 3. un 4. paralēlei uzlabojums ir no 1 līdz 15 %.
Secinājumi: vingrinājumu komplekss netiešā veidā spēj uzlabot reakcijas laiku, uzlabojums saglabājas vismaz 2 nedēļu garumā.

Subjects: in experiment there participated 10 subjects (6 men, 4 women aged from 16 to 24, mean age 20,2 ± 3,0 years). Methods: to improve reaction time with the help of vision training complex that includes exercises to accommodation facility, exact and fast saccades and fusion training. Reaction time has been recorded with eye-hand coordination training device. Results: subjects improved their reaction time average by 0,07 ± 0,01 seconds. Total improvement is 11 %. Improvement differs in different parallel couples. Improvement to 1st and 2nd parallel is 10 to 17 %. Improvement to 3rd and 4th parallel is 1 to 15 %. Conclusions: vision training complex can improve reaction time in indirect way. Acquired improvement stays constant at least for 2 weeks.
