Abstract
Ikgadējā Eirovīzijas dziesmu konkursa viena no galvenajām problēmām ir tam regulāri
izteiktie pārmetumi par tendētiem balsojumiem. Par maģistra darba mērķi izvirzīts noskaidrot,
cik lielā mērā šie pārmetumi ir pamatoti un noskaidrot, kādi būtu konkursa rezultāti, ja tendēta
balsošana nenotiktu. Maģistra darbā sniegts pētījumu par tendēto balsojumu Eirovīzijā
problēmu pārskats. Balstoties uz šiem pētījumiem, izstrādātas vairākas jaunas pieejas
Eirovīzijas rezultātu analīzei. Darba ietvaros tiek piedāvāts risinājums rezultātu korekcijai,
rezultātu objektivitātes pārbaudei un dažādu valstu balsojumu salīdzināšanai, izveidots
programmisks risinājums šīs analīzes automatizēšanai.
One of the key problems of the annual Eurovision song contest lies in the regular criticism it receives for biased votings. The goal of the master's paper is to determine, to what extent these critisisms are true and to determine what would the results of the contest results if there was no biased voting. An overview of research on the problem of biased votings in Eurovision is given in the master's paster. Using these researches as a basis for his own research, the author has developed several new approaches for Eurovision contest results analysis. A possible solution for results correction, different countries' votings comparison and results objectivity testing is given in this paper. A program for automatisation of this analysis has been developed.
