Sadzīves atkritumu apsaimniekošanas sistēmas analīze Malienas reģionā

Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā ir aprakstīts par Malienas atkritumu apsaimniekošanas reģiona pašreizējo situāciju un apsaimniekošanas sistēmas analīzi. Tā mērķis ir izpētīt, vai slēdzot nelielās izgāztuves un uzbūvējot Malienas reģiona sadzīves atkritumu apglabāšanas poligonu, situācija atkritumu apsamniekšanas jomā uzlabosies, kā arī vai iedzīvotāji ir zinoši par gaidāmajām pārmaiņām un kāda ir to attieksme pret to. Tāpat būtiski izpētīt savākto atkritumu daudzuma dinamiku un sastāvu Malienas sadzīves atkritumu apglabāšanas poligonā. Poligona izveide šajā reģionā rada pozitīvas izmaiņas tādā ziņā, ka palielināsies darba vietu skaits, uzlabosies infrastruktūra un piesārņojums tiks koncentrēts vienuviet, nevis kā līdz šim – vairākās sīkās izgāztuvēs. Būtiski ir arī tas, ka daļa sabiedrības nav gatavi maksāt par atkritumu apsaimniekošanas pakalpojumiem un neiesaistās notiekošajās pārmaiņās, tādēļ arī ir jāizvērtē, kā panākt veiksmīgu atkritumu sistēmas darbību. Malienas reģionālais sadzīves atkritumu apsaimniekošanas poligons savu darbību uzsāka 2008.gada pavasarī, bet visu reģiona sadzīves atkritumu izgāztuvju slēgšana un rekultivācija tika pabeigta 2008.gada novembrī. Lielākajām un nozīmīgākajām izgāztuvēm tiek veikts monitorings. Darbs sastāv no ievada, literatūras apskata, pētījuma materiāliem un metodēm, pētījuma rezultātiem, literatūras avotiem un pielikumiem. This bachelor project is about situation in Maliena regional waste management area. It looks at the current situation and system development of waste management after closing all waste disposal areas which worked before new waste management system. The aim of the project is to investigate municipal waste disposal influence on environment – this with regard to its quality and changes in general – before and after waste deposit area creation. Very important thing what was considered in this project was people maturity to accept new regulations and forward changes of waste management system in Maliena region. Also creation of waste deposit area produces positive changes, because number of places of employment will grow, also infrastructure will be improved and pollution will be concentraded together in one place, instead of situation as we used to have – a lot of small garbage dumps. However, there are still some incompletenesses like that people are not ready to be involved in new waste management system because of lack of information and economical aspects. This is also the reason why it’s so important to investigate how to make system work better and proper. The building process of Malienas Municipal waste deposit area is finished and it works since spring 2008. All garbage dumps are closed and recovered and for biggest and most important dumps is realized monitoring to control pollution.
