| dc.description.abstract | Latvijā ir atklātas vairākas potenciālas vietas naftas ieguvei un 2008.gadā Gudenieku pagastā jau veikti izpētes darbi. Savukārt, 2008.gada 14.februārī tika pieteikts rīkojuma projekts par ogļūdeņražu izpētes un ieguves licences laukuma noteikšanu Nīcas pagastā, dabas parka „Bernāti” teritorijā. Šajā gadījumā projekta attīstību kavē fakts, ka minētais dabas parks iekļauts Eiropas Savienības izveidotajā aizsargājamo teritoriju tīklā Natura 2000.
Bakalaura darbā, tika izanalizētas Latvijas normatīvajos aktos noteiktās prasības naftas izpētei un ieguvei Natura 2000 teritorijā, kā arī Nīcas pagasta teritorijas plānojumā noteiktais attiecībā uz naftas resursu izmantošanu. Tāpat izvērtēta līdzvērtīgu projektu attīstība Gudenieku pagastā un Lietuvā. Darbā apkopota informācija, kas būtu jāņem vērā, veicot naftas izpētes un ieguves darbus īpaši aizsargājamās dabas teritorijās.
Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 78 lpp., tajā iekļautas 5 tabulas un 16 attēli, izmantoti 46 literatūras avoti.

| dc.description.abstract | In Latvia a couple of a potential location sites for oil extraction was discovered. In 2008 in the territory of Gudenieki municipality the research works has been carried out. In 14 February 2008 the project was registered in order to obtain a license for a hydrocarbon research and extraction in the territory of Nica municipality. Nica municipality is located in Nature park „Bernati” that is included in the European Union’s network of the specially protected areas – Natura 2000. Therefore project development will be organized in the specially protected area.
Bachelor Thesis is devoted to analysis of legal requirements for a hydrocarbon research and extraction in the Natura 2000 territories. Special attention is emphasized on the quality of the territory plan of Nica municipality. Besides, the evaluation of similar project development in Gudenieki municipality and Lithuania is carried out.
Thereby Bachelor Thesis summarizes the information on the requirements that have to be considered in hydrocarbon research and extraction works in the specially protected areas.
Bachelor Thesis contains 78 pages, and includes 5 Tables and 16 Figures, and 46 references.
