Talsu ezera hidroloģiskais un ūdens kvalitātes novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā apskatīts Talsu ezers, tā hidroloģiskie raksturlielumi un izvērtēta ūdens kvalitāte. Tā kā Talsu ezers atrodas Talsu pilsētas centrā, tas ir būtisks pilsētas ainavas veidotājs. Tādēļ ir svarīgi apzināties draudus, ko rada ezera piesārņojuma avoti, un tos novērst. Iegūtie dati par ezera ūdens kvalitāti, kā arī hidroloģiskie raksturlielumi ir labs papildinājums Latvijas ezeru ūdeņu monitoringa datu bāzei, kurā par atsevišķiem Latvijas ezeriem pieejamā informācija nav atjaunota vai ir nepilnīga. Pētījuma laikā iegūtie lauka un laboratorijas darbu rezultāti liecina, ka kopumā Talsu ezera ūdens kvalitāte ir atbilstoša vidējiem Latvijas rādītājiem, izņemot ūdens elektrovadītspēju, kas tuvojas Latvijas maksimālajam rādītājam, kā arī nitrītjonu saturs, kas pārsniedz noteikto piesārņojuma līmeņa robežu. Pārējie analizētie ķīmiskie elementi ir ļoti mainīgi atkarībā no gadalaika. Darba gaitā papildināti ezera morfometriskie raksturlielumi, kā arī precizēti jau esošie. Ievērojama atšķirība ir starp iepriekš noteikto vidējo dziļumu – 11.6 m un autora aprēķināto ezera vidējo dziļumu – 6.19 m. Ūdens temperatūras analīze parāda, ka ezerā novērojamas sezonālas temperatūras izmaiņas un var izdalīt 3 vertikālās temperatūras zonas – epilimnijs, metalimnijs, hipolimnijs. Bakalaura darbā ir 68 lappuses, tas sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 7 pielikumiem. Darbā ievietoti 17 attēli un 12 tabulas.

The bachelor work is discussed about the Lake Talsi, its hydrological profile and water quality. The Lake Talsi is located in the middle of Talsi town. It is important component of landskape of Talsi town. Therefore it is very important to investigate the pollution sources and to determine the risks of the lake pollution. The findings of lake’s water quality and hydrological profile are good addition to database of lake monitoring of Latvia, where data of is not refreshed or is incomplete. The results of this study allow concluding that in general the water quality of the Lake Talsi corresponds to the average level of chemical parameters in Latvia, except electricity conductivity and nitrite ions. The concentrations of all other chemical elements are variable depending of season of the year. Results of this study complete and update morphometric data of the lake. There is mean difference between previously defined (11.6 m) and author’s calculated (6.19 m) average depth of the Lake Talsi. Analysis of water temperature change shows that temperature varies during seasons and there are 3 vertical temperature zones – epilimnion, metalimnion and hypolimnion.
