Dārzkopību sabiedrību ietekme uz Carnikavas pagasta attīstību

Abstract

Darba nosaukuma – „Dārzkopības sabiedrību teritoriju ietekme uz Carnikavas novada attīstību” tiek atspoguļota šī darba būtība, kuras pamatā ir jautājums, kā šīs teritorijas ir ietekmējušas Carnikavas novada attīstību, un kādi būs perspektīvie darbības procesi šajās teritorijās. Darbā ir apskatīta dārzkopības sabiedrību teritoriju veidošanas principi un to apsaimniekošanas iespējas, ar vai bez vietējās pašvaldības līdzdalību un atbalstu. Katrai pašvaldībai ir ļoti svarīgi, lai tās robežās neatrastos videi nedraudzīgas un degradētas teritorijas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dārzkopību sabiedrību teritoriju ietekmi uz Carnikavas novada attīstību, jo šīs teritorijas aizņem lielu platību no kopējām blīvi apdzīvotām teritorijām (ciemiem). Pirmajā nodaļā ir atspoguļota Carnikavas novada teritorijas vēsturiskā attīstība. Otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīts Carnikavas novada sociālekonomiskais stāvoklis. Trešajā nodaļā uzmanība tiek pievērsta dārzkopības sabiedrību teritorijām – kā tās veidojušās, kam tās piešķīra, kāds ir inženierkomunikāciju nodrošinājums, u.c. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir aplūkota ārvalstu pieredze par dārzkopības sabiedrības teritorijām. Galvenais secinājums ir - pašvaldībai aktīvāk jāiesaistās dārzkopību sabiedrību teritoriju sakārtošanā, lai radītu iespēju izmantot šīs teritorijas kā pastāvīgu dzīves vietu, bet vispirms ir jāizstrādā saistošie apbūves noteikumi esošajām dārzkopības sabiedrības teritorijām.

The title of the bachelour paper – „ Garden settlements territorial effect upon the development of Carnikava area” reflects the main essence of the paper. The basic theme of which is the influence of the territories upon the development of Carnikava area and the future perspectives of these territories. The paper describes the garden settlements territories formation and management possibilities with or without copartnership and support of the local authorities. It’s very important for each local authority not to have enveromentally unfriendly degradated territories. The aim of the paper is to explore the effect of garden settlements on the development of Carnikava area on the whole for these territories accupy big densly populated territories. Chapter 1 reflects the historical development of Carnikava area. Chapter 2 deals with social - economical situation of Carnikava area. Chapter 3 draws attentiom to the territories of garden settlements, their foundation, owners and providing engineering communications etc. Chapter 4 deals with different foreign experiences on garden setllements. The main conclusion is that local authotities should take an active part in the arrangement of the territories, providing living conditions during the whole season, but before that building rules should be worked out for existing garden settlements territories.
