Sievietes Homēra sabiedrībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Sievietes Homēra sabiedrībā”. Darba mērķis ir aplūkot un izpētīt sievietes lomu un nozīmi attiecībā pret vīrieti Homēra eposā Iliāda. Tika izpētīta Homēra laika sabiedrība un sievietes loma tajā, balstoties uz Homēra eposu Iliāda, analizēti fragmenti un leksēmas, kas attiecinātas uz māti, sievu un meitu sasaistē ar vīrieti. Pētot sievietes nozīmi vīrieša dzīvē Homēra laika sabiedrībā, Iliādā ir dotas acīmredzamas norādes par sievietes nozīmi jebkura vīrieša dzīvē pat ārpus mājsaimniecības robežām – kara kontekstā. The title of the paper is “Women in Homer's society”. Aim of the paper is to view and to explore woman’s role and importance in contrast to man in Homer’s epos Iliad. There has been explored Homeric society and woman’s role in it, based on the Homer epos Iliad, also lexemes and fragments were analyzed, which are related to mother, wife and daughter in connection with man. While studying woman’s role in man’s life of Homeric society, in the Iliad are given obvious references of woman’s importance in any man’s life, even beyond the borders of the household – in the context of war.
