Abstract

Šī darba nosaukums ir Tiešās pieejas izmantošana mutvārdu saziņas iemaņu attīstīšanai angļu valodā. Tiešā pieeja ir ne tikai efektīvs, bet arī interesants paņēmiens angļu valodas apguvei. Tiešā pieeja liek uzsvaru uz mutvārdu saziņas iemaņu – runāšana un klausīšanās – attīstīšanu.. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt vienu noteiktu mācību grupu, kam šī darba autore ir angļu valodas pasniedzēja, kas pielieto tiešās pieejasnostādnes. Precīzāk, šī darba autore izseko šīs mācību grupas un tās skolotājas progrsam četru ar pusi mēnešu laikā. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, tika veikta gadījuma izpēte. Šā darba autors secinājā, ka tiešā pieeja ir ir ļoti izdevīgs veids kā mācīties mutvārdu angļu valodu.

This paper deals with The Use of the Direct Approach for the Development of Oral Communication Skills in English. The Direct approach is not only effective but also interesting for learning English. The Direct approach helps develop oral communication skills, which are speaking and listening. This paper is aimed at the investigation of one specific English study group that is being taught by the author of this paper. More specifically, the author is following up on the progress of the group and the teacher in the course of four and a half months. In order to accomplish this goal a case study was conducted. The author of this paper concluded that the Direct approach is very convenient for oral English studies.
