| dc.description.abstract | Šī bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Cilvēku tirdzniecība un ar to saistītās problēmas mūsdienu Japānā”. Cilvēku tirdzniecība ir kļuvusi par globālu problēmu un vienu no ienesīgākajām nelikumīgajām nozarēm. Japāna ir to valstu vidū, kurās šī nozare ir īpaši attīstīta, un tā ir viens no populārākajiem cilvēku tirdzniecības galamērķiem.
Darba mērķis ir aplūkot, kādā pozīcijā Japāna atrodas šobrīd, un novērtēt, kāds ir aptuvenais problēmas apjoms un kas tiek veikts, lai šo problēmu mazinātu, kā arī noskaidrot, kādi ir iemesli, kādēļ Japāna ir tik izdevīgs galamērķis. Apkopojot šo visu informāciju, var izdarīt secinājumus par to, kādas ir lielākās problēmas, kas ir saistītas ar šo jomu.
Darba gaitā tika apkopoti faktori, kas veicina cilvēku tirdzniecības industrijas pastāvēšanu Japānā, noskaidrots, ka galvenā loma cilvēku tirdzniecības industrijā ir organizētās noziedzības grupējumiem, izpētītas jomas, kurās tiek ekspluatēti upuri, kā arī aplūkots un izvērtēts, kā Japānas valdība un valsts iestādes cīnās ar problēmu.
Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek izklāstīti dažādi faktori, kas veido cilvēku tirdzniecības industriju. Otrajā daļā tiek aplūkots, kā tiek ekspluatēti upuri, kā arī salīdzināti piemēri no upuru pieredzes. Trešajā daļā tiek aprakstīti pasākumi, kas tiek veikti, lai problēmu mazinātu. Bakalaura darba apjoms, neskaitot titullapu un literatūras sarakstu, ir 42 lapas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Title of this bachelor’s paper is “Problems Related to Human Trafficking in Modern Japan”. Human trafficking has become a global problem and one of the most profitable illegal trades. Japan is among those countries where this illegal trade is very well developed, and it is one of the most popular destinations of human trafficking.
The aim of this paper is to contemplate the position of Japan at this moment, and evaluate the scope of this problem and actions that are taken to solve it, and also to find out why Japan is convenient destination. By summarizing all this information, it is possible to make conclusions concerning the scope of problems in this area.
During the research various factors that contribute to existence of human trafficking industry were gathered, also it was detected, that organized crime groups play a leading role in trafficking industry; and areas in which trafficking victims are exploited were explored. Actions taken by the governmental institutions of Japan were summarized and evaluated.
This paper consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter various factors that describe and form human trafficking industry are collected. In second chapter areas, in which trafficking victims are exploited, are described, and real life experiences of victims are analyzed. Third chapter includes description of measures taken to deal with this problem. Total length of this bachelor’s paper, excluding the title page and bibliography, is 42 pages. | en_US |
