Šajā darbā tiek aplūkotas aptiekā gatavotas klepus mikstūras un ārīgi lietojamas suspensijas derīguma termiņu atbilstība norādītajam.
Pētījuma mērķis ir pārbaudīt cik ilgi klepus mikstūra un suspensija saglabā savu stabilitāti, un vai ir iespējams pagarināt norādītos derīguma termiņus mikstūrai; mikstūras norādītais derīguma termiņš ir 10 dienas, bet suspensijai 15 dienas.
Lai to pārbaudītu tika veiktas mikrobioloģiskās analīzes un kvantitatīva aktīvās vielas satura noteikšana zāļu formā. Iegūtie dati liecina, ka pēc 10 dienām klepus mikstūrā notiek aktīvo vielu satura samazināšanās un ir organoleptiski pamanāmas bojāšanās pazīmes, bet mikrobioloģiskā kontrole parāda rauga klātbūtni. Eļļas ūdens suspensija arī pēc 15 dienām atbilda kvalitātes prasībām.
Secinājums ir, ka mikstūrai noteiktais derīguma termiņš ir īsāks par noteikto, bet suspensijai varētu tikt pagarināts. The study explores whether the shelf life specified for the cough mixtures and suspensions for external use that are prepared in the pharmacy corresponds to the real life stability of the preparations.
The aim of the research is to test stability of chemical substances in the cough mixtures whose shelf-life is 10 days and external use suspensions with shelf-life 15 days. Such study is carried out to clarify if it is possible to extend the date of expiration for the mixtures.
The tests used were: microbiological analysis for all preparations, and chemical quantitative analysis for the cough mixture. Microbiological analysis showed extensive growth of microorganisms in one of the mixtures during the period of the use of the mixture. Chemical analysis also showed that the level of the active substances gradually decreased throughout the period of use, and the process continued after the stated expiry date.
