No visām šķirnēm visaugstākais kopējais glikoalkaloīdu daudzums bija kartupeļu šķirnē „Agrie dzeltenie” (0,238 mg/g), viszemākais šķirnē „Borodjankj rozavij” un „S99108-5” (0,035 mg/g).
Atslēgvārdi: glikoalkaloīdi, α – solanīns, α – hakonīns, kartupeļi, augsti efektīva šķidruma hromatogrāfija, šķidruma hromatogrāfija – masspektrometrija. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | We comapred two assays for determination of glycoalkaloids α - solanine and α – chaconine: highly effective liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detector and liquid chromatography (LC) - mass spectrometry (MS).
We found boths assays equally effective and efficient, however LC-MS is technically simplier and soectra of substances may be used without previous every time validation whereas with HPLC-UV assay floating eluation peaks were observed.
The level of glycoalkaloids was determined with LC-MS method in the following variaties of potatoes grown in Latvia: ”Agrie dzeltenie”, ”Borodjankj rozavij”, ”Brasla”, ”Gundega”, ”Imants”, ”Laura”, ”Prelma”, "S01022-1 ""S01022-3 ","S99108-5”. The highest total quantity of glycoalkaloids was determined in potato „Agrie dzeltenie” (0.238 mg/g), but the lowest in the "Borodjankj rozavij" and "S99108-5” (0.035 mg/g).
Key words: glycoalkaloids, α - solanine, α - chaconine, potatoes, highly effective liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. | en_US |
