Importance of Vitamin C, iron, potassium and sodium in human physiological process in it’t body in sea buckthorn is described in this bachelor's research. Substance of Vitamin C in sea buckthorn is experimentally determined by using potentiometric titration, titration with Tillman’s reagent and High-performance liquid chromatography. Substance of iron in sea buckthorn is determined by using spectrophotometry. Substance of potassium and sodium in sea buckthorn is determined by using photometry of flame method.
