Bezdarbnieku elastība darba tirgū: Siguldas piemērs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Bezdarbnieku elastība darba tirgū: Siguldas piemērs’’. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Rīgas reģionālās filiāles Siguldas sektorā reģistrēto bezdarbnieku elastību darba meklēšanā. Lai vairāk uzzinātu un dziļāk izprastu bezdarbnieku gatavību kļūt elastīgākiem un pielāgoties darba tirgus situācijai un prasībām, lai spētu atrastu darbu. Teorētiskajā daļā tika izmantota darba attiecību teorija postfordisma un neofordisma kontekstā. Kā arī autore izmantoja Latvijā un ārzemēs veiktus pētījumus par darba tirgus problēmām, darba līgumu risku un neregulāru darba ietekmi. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījumu metode – anketēšana. Pētījuma problēma ir tā, ka straujā tehnoloģiju attīstība palielina konkurenci, pieprasījumu pēc iemaņām un kvalificēta darbaspēja. Ja cilvēki nekļūs elastīgāki, tiem būs grūti konkurēt darba tirgū. Pirmā bakalaura darba hipotēze tika apgāzta, jo tie bezdarbnieki, kuri strādāja ar noteikta laika darba līgumu, neuzskata, ka tas ietekmēja risku palikt bez darba. Otra bakalaura darba hipotēze apstiprinājās. Bezdarbnieki ir gatavi kļūt elastīgāki, lai iegūtu darbu. Bezdarbnieki ir gatavi apgūt jaunas prasmes, pārkvalificēties un strādāt bez darba līguma. Darbs sastāv no trijām daļām. Pirmā daļa ir veltīta teorijas analīzei, otrā daļa ir metodoloģijas apraksts, bet trešā daļa ir rezultātu analīze. The issue of bachelor paper is flexibility of unemployed persons in labour market: example of Sigulda”. The aim of the bachelor paper is to clarify the flexibility of unemployed persons in searching for employment, who are registered in Sigulda sector of Riga regional branch, to more and better understand flexibility of unemployed persons and conform of readiness in labour market situation and demands to get the work. In the theoretical part of paper, there have been used labour relation theories in the context of post-fordism and neo-fordism. As well as there have been used the results of the research carried out in Latvia and in other countries concerning of problems in labour market, risk of labour contracts and influence of occasional work. As for the research, there has been used quantitative research, questionnaire method. The research problem of the paper is following: explosion of technological advance are increasing competition, demand of skills and qualification. If people won’t be more flexible, they will be difficult to stand the competition in the labour market. The first hypothesis of bachelor paper have been inverted, because people who worked with fixed time labour contracts, do not think that it influence the risk to lose the job. The second hypothesis has been approved in the framework of the paper. Unemployed persons are ready to be more flexible to get the job. They are ready to acquire new skills, to train for a new occupation und work out of labour contract. The paper consists for three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical analysis, the second part includes description and substantiation of the methodology. In the third part there have been carried out the analysis of unemployed persons flexibility. Key words: unemployed, flexibility, labour relations, labour contracts
