Kazino kā īpašas emocionalitātes teritorija: krupjē skatījums

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aprakstīt un analizēt kazino kā īpašas emocionalitātes vietu (realitāti), kur notiek spēlētāju un krupjē transformācijas. Pētījuma teorētisko bāzi veido Gofmaņa un Šica sociālās teorijas par vairākām realitātēm un emociju socioloģijas pamatnostādnes, citu pētījumu analīze. Darbā ir izmantotas gan kvalitatīvas, gan kvantitatīvās pieejas metodes – intervijas, aptauja, informācijas avotu analīze. Pētījuma rezultātā ir apstiprinājusies pirmā hipotēze: kazino ir īpašas emocionalitātes teritorija, kur abas puses (krupjē un spēlētājs) spēlē savai identitātei un ikdienas uzvedībai neraksturīgas lomas. Otrā hipotēze: paaugstināta emocionālā spriedze darba laikā ievērojami ietekmē krupjē vispārīgo emocionālo stāvokli un personīgo dzīvi, apstiprinās daļēji. Šīs pētījums ir viens no retajiem socioloģiskiem pētījumiem par krupjē profesiju, kur pētījuma priekšmets ir krupjē. The aim of the diploma paper is to describe and to analyze casino as a place (reality) of special emotionality, where happens gamblers and croupiers transformations. The theoretical base of research is formed by description of social theories about multiply realities exiting of Goffman and Schutz, sociology of emotions principles, and analysis of other researches. There are quantitative and qualitative methods used – questionnaires, interview, and analysis of resources of information. In the research result the first hypothesis has been proved: casino is territory of a special emotionality, where croupier and gambler play roles, which are not typical for their identity and everyday behavior. The second hypothesis: The emotional tensions during work considerably influence croupier general emotional position and personal life, has been proved partly. This research is one of rare sociological researches about a croupier profession.
