Slow Food Rīga- organizācijas ieguldījums sabiedrības izglītošanā pārtikas jomā

Abstract

Šajā pētījumā tiek aplūkots biedrības Slow Food Rīga ieguldījums sabiedrības izglītošanā pārtikas jomā. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt Slow Food biedrību jauno sociālo kustību kontekstā, un novērtēt Slow Food Rīga darbības ieguldījumu izvirzītajos mērķos sabiedrības izglītošanai pārtikas jomā. Pētījums sniedz ieskatu globālās kustības Slow Food īstenošanai Latvijā, kā arī atklāj īstenotās prakses un aktuālās problēmas Latvijas sabiedrības uzvedībā pārtikas jomā no patērētāju, ražotāju un aktīvistu perspektīvām. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības pieeja un metodi– daļēji strukturētas intervijas.

The paper examines the contribution of association Slow Food Riga to educating society in the field of food. The paper aims to study the association Slow Food in the context of new social movements and evaluate the contribution of Slow Food Riga activities to educating society in the field of food. The paper offers insight into the implementation of global movement Slow Food in Latvia, as well as shows the implemented practices and current problems in the field of behavior of Latvian society from the perspective of consumer, producer and activists. The qualitative research approach and method- semi-structured interviews are used in the Paper.
