Authoress conclusion about social work with ethnical minorities is following. Specificity in this work is roma minorities, because this ethnic group is unique with problems witch they have by the side with other ethnical minorities in Latvia. Romas are the only one of this kind who needs specifics access in social work. Provision is roma minority’s motivation to collaborate with social workers.
