Abstract

Izstrādātā bakalaura darba nosaukums ir ‘Jauniešu izpratne par veselīgu dzīvesveidu’. Šis jauniešu izpratnes redzējums tiks veidots ar sociālās realitātes konstruēšanas, ar habitus, ar motivāciju, ar disciplīnas teorētiskajiem aspektiem. Jauniešu izpratne par veselīgu dzīvesveidu veido jauniešus par individuālu vienību. Ar empīriskā pētījuma palīdzību fokusēšos uz to, ko jaunieši izprot ar veselīgu dzīvesveidu.This article title is ‘Young people’s comprehension about healthy lifestyle’. This vision of young people understanding will be built with the social construction of reality, of habitus, the motivation, the discipline, the theoretical aspects. Young people's awareness of healthy lifestyle consists of young people as individual units. The empirical study should help focus on what young people are aware of healthy lifestyles.
