Semiotiskā analīze: mīta un arhetipa funkcijas Vačovsku filmās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Semiotiskā analīze: mīta un arhetipa funkcijas Vačovsku filmās”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt mītiskos sižetus un arhetipiskos simbolus un izanalizēt mizanscēnas un to galvenos raksturelementus Lanas un Endija Vačovsku filmās, pielietojot semiotikas analīzi. Lai veiksmīgi sasniegtu šos mērķus, autore izmantoja atbilstošu teoriju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās un empīriskās daļas. Darba teorētiskais pamatojums balstās uz mītu un arhetipu teoriju un kino semiotikas, mizanscēnu un montāžas teoriju. Darba metodoloģiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta pētnieciskā metode – semiotiskā analīze un satura analīze, bet empīriskajā daļā tiek analizētas režisoru Lanas un Endija Vačovsku filmas no semiotiskā un satura analīzes aspekta, kā arī prezentēti pētījuma rezultāti. Nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi un norādīts izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Atslēgvārdi: semiotika, kino, mīti, arhetipi, Lana un Endijs Vačovski;

The theme of the bachelor thesis is „Semiotic analysis: the function of myth and archetype in Wachowski movies”. The goal of the research is to determine the mythical subjects and archetypical symbols, analyze the mise en scene and its main characteristics in Lana and Andy Wachwoski’s movies by applying the semiotic analyis. In order to accomplish these goals author applied relevant and suitable theory. Thesis comprises of theoretical, methodological and empirical parts. Theoretical part consist of theory of myths and archetypes and the theory of film semiotics, mise en scene and montage. Methodological part consists of semiotic analysis and content-analysis. In the empirical part the movies of directors Lana and Andy Wachowski are analyzed from the aspects of semiotic analysis and content-analysis as well as the researc results are presented.
