Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Vērtības sociālā darba praksē ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem”. Diplomdarbā tiek raksturotas vērtības sociālā darba praksē ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem. Diplomdarbu veido 3 nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturots ilgstošais bezdarbnieks un apskatītas ilgstošā bezdarba sekas. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturotas vērtības un to nozīme. Trešo daļu veido empīriskais pētījums, kurā autore pēta un analizē sociālā darba speciālistu viedokli par darbu ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem. Diplomdarba mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt un empīriski pētīt vērtības sociālā darba praksē ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem.

Diploma work main theme is „Values in social work practice with permanent unemployed persons”. In this diploma work describes main values in social work practice with long term unemployed persons. Diploma paper consists from three parts. First part describes long term unemployed persons and also includes consequences of long term unemployment. Second part includes values in social work and their meaning. Third part consists from empirical study, in which authoress research and analyses opinion of social work professionals about practice with long term unemployed persons. Core diploma paper aim is to make theoretical analysis and empirical research values in social work practice with long term unemployed persons.
