Abstract

Maģistra darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi analizēt psihosociālos riskus tirdzniecībā un to ietekmi uz pārdevēju arodveselību un darbaspējām. Darbā apkopota informācija un dažādu autoru teorētiskās nostādnes par psihosociālajiem riskiem, pētīta stresa ietekme uz cilvēka veselību un darba kvalitāti. Maģistra darba praktiskajā daļā tiek veikta darba vides risku noteikšana ar visplašāk izmantotajām darba vide risku noteikšanas metodēm, kā arī anketēšana un intervijas. Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā, balstoties uz literatūras avotiem, analizēti pētījuma teorētiskie aspekti darba vides riski, kas skar šo nodarbināto grupu. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes, tajā skaitā metodes psiholoģisko risku novērtēšanai. Trešajā daļā analizēti riski tirdzniecības nozare. Ceturtajā daļā analizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti, kas balstās uz strādājošo aptaujas rezultātiem, vispārējo psihosociālo un citu darba vides risku novērtējumu.

Master’s thesis aimed at analyzing the psychosocial risks in trade and their impact on the seller occupational healts and work abilities. The work summarizes the various authors and information theoretic framework for psychosocial risks studied stress effects on human health and quality of work. The practical part of master’s thesis is made to risk detection by the most widly used operating environment risk detection methods, as well as questionnaires and interviews. The work consists of 4 parts. The first part based on the literature, the study analyzes the theoretical aspects of the work environment risks that affect this group of employees. The second part describes the methods used in the study, including the methods of psychological assessment of risks. The third part analyzes psichosocial risks in trade. The fourth part describes and analyzes the results of study based on a survey of employees, general psychosocial and other workplace risks assessments.
