Smago metālu noteikšana melnajos piparos izmantojot induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometrijas metodi

Darbā ir apkopota informācija par garšvielu īpašībām un galvenajiem garšvielu piesārņotājiem. Tika izpētīta zinātniskā literatūra par smago metālu saturu melnajos piparos. Smago metālu elementu (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sn, Pb, Hg) kvantitatīvai noteikšanai tika pielietota ICP-MS metode. Dzīvsudraba noteikšanai paraugu sagatavošanas laikā tika izmantots AuCl3 šķīdums, lai izvairītos no dzīvsudraba atmiņas efekta un palielinātu stabilitāti. Tika veikta iegūto rezultātu salīdzināšana ar literatūrā pieejamiem rezultātiem. The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review about properties and main pollutants of spices. Exploration of heavy metal content in black pepper been done in this thesis. For quantitative determination of heavy metals (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sn, Pb, Hg) were used ICP-MS method. For measurements of mercury by ICP-MS was used AuCl3 to avoid of mercury “memory effect” and to increase stability. Comparison result with the data available in the literature was done.
