Daudzu simbolu virkņu salīdzināšanas algoritmi un to pielietojumi bioinformātikā

Šī darba mērķis ir salīdzināt dažādas daudzu simbolu virkņu izlīdzināšanas metodes un parādīt, kā šīs metodes var tikt izmantotas bioinformātikā. Tiks aplūkotas visizplātītākās metodes, ko izmanto pētnieki, kas nodarbojas ar šo jautājumu. Darba rezultātā tiks izdarīts secinājums par dažu metožu efektivitāti, kā arī tiks dots to darbu novērtējums. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiks risināts izlīdzināšanas uzdevums, kas tiks realizēts ar vienu no metodēm, kas būs aprakstīta teorētiskajā daļā. The aim of this work is to compare various multiple sequences alignment methods and to demonstrate how these methods can be used in bioinformatics. There will be examined most popular methods, that researches use in their work. As the result of work there will be conclusion about the efficiency of some methods, judgments will be given too. In the practical part of the work multiple alignment task will be solved using one of the methods that will be described in theoretical part.
