SIA „Auto Rīga” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un attīstība

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „ SIA „Auto Rīga”saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un attīstība”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir novērtēt sabiedrības SIA „Auto Rīga” saimnieciski finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus sabiedrības saimnieciski finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai, tālākai sekmīgai attīstībai.Nodaļās teorētiskā daļa mijas ar praktisko un analītisko.Teorētiski apskatīti saimnieciski finansiālās analīzes svarīgākie rādītāji , t.i., finanšu stabilitātes un maksātspējas, līdzekļu ekonomiskās aktivitātes, izmaksu un rentabilitātes rādītāji, kā arī to informatīvā nodrošinājuma avoti. Veikta arī bankrota iespējamības prognozēšana.Praktiskajā daļā autore veic SIA „Auto Rīga” saimnieciski finansiālo analīzi par 2003., 2004., 2005., 2006. un 2007. gadiem, novērtējot sabiedrības saimnieciski finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamā periodā un salīdzinot tās ar nozares sabiedrības SIA „Domenikss” rādītājiem par 2006. un 2007.gadu. Analītiskajā daļā autore nosaka SIA „Auto Rīga” saimnieciski finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņu cēloņus, kā arī izsaka piedāvājumus esošās situācijas uzlabošanai, kurus sabiedrības vadība varētu izmantot turpmāko finansiālo lēmumu pieņemšanā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 80 lappuses, kas sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 4 pielikumiem. The title of the Master work is „ The business assessment and development of the Auto Riga Ltd.”The purpose of the Master work is to evaluate the company’s economic and financial situation to develop proposals to improve economic and financial situation.In the chapters of Master work, theory interchange with practise and analytics. In theory the main showings in economic and financial analysis is considered - financial stability and paying capacity rations, activity of economic, cost and profitableness rations, as well as sources of information. In addition, bankruptcy probability forecast is considered. In practise the author making economic and financial analysis of Auto Riga Ltd., in years from 2003 through 2007, making evaluation of economic and financial state changes in this period of time and comparing data with the same sector company Domenikss Ltd., in years 2006 and 2007. In analytic the author realizes causes of changes in economic and financial state of Auto Riga Ltd., and gives suggestions how to improve situation which could be used by Company Management in future financial decision making process.The amount of diploma work is 80 pages, which consist of five parts and four supplements.
