Projekts: Loģistikas centra struktūrvienības izveidošana

Abstract

Projekts Loģistikas centra struktūrvienības izveidošana tiks uzsākts 2009.gada 9.novembrī, komercdarbību tiek plānots uzsākt 2010.gada aprīlī. Jaunu loģistikas centra struktūrvienību tiek paredzēts izveidot uz esošās kapitālsabiedrības pamata. Struktūrvienības atrašanās vieta tiek plānota Rīgas Osta. Jaunā struktūrvienība būs kapitālsabiedrības RKF ATLAS SIA sastāvdaļa. Jaunās struktūrvienības nosaukums ir paredzēts RKF ATLAS SIA Muitas brokeris Rīgas Ostā. Tiek paredzēts, ka projekts tiks finansēts no pašiem uzņēmuma līdzekļiem ar izmaksām līdz 20000 LVL. Jaunā struktūrvienība darbosies tajā pašā nozarē Transports, glabāšana un sakari un specializēsies sekojošo pakalpojumu sniegšanā: muitas brokera pakalpojumi, pilns muitas pakalpojumu komplekss, apdrošināšanas starpnieka pakalpojumi, kravu ekspedēšanas organizēšana.

The Project of the new logistics center’s structural unit establishing will begin on the 9th of November 2009, the business activities should be in operation in April 2010. The structural unit will be set up on the ground of the current enterprise. The location of the structural unit is expected Riga Port. The structural unit will be the component part of the RKF Atlas SIA enterprise. The trade name of the structural unit is planned to be RKF Atlas SIA Broker at Riga Port. It is planned that the project will be funded by proprietory resources of the enterprise with expenses less than 20000 LVL. The structural unit will act in the same sector of Transport, storage and communication and will specialize in following services: customs broker services, customs declaration services, insurance agent services, freight forwarding operations.
