| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba “Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus analīze Latvijā” mērķis ir izanalīzēt nekustamo īpašumu tirgus Latvijā, noteikt tā ietekmējošos faktorus, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus nekustāma īpašuma tirgus attīstībai.
Diplomdarbā ir 79 lapas, 6 tabulas, 10 attēli.
Diplomdarbs ietver 3 nodaļas, kas veidotas, lai nodrošinātu loģiski secīgu informācijas izklāstu, noteiktā mērķa sasniegšanai.
Pirmā nodaļa “Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus vispārējs raksturojums” sniedz vispārēju informāciju par nekustamā īpašuma tirgu un dzīvokļu tirgu kā tā sastāvdaļu. Nodaļā raksturotas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus un dzīvokļu tirgus īpatnības, norādīta to vieta un loma valsts ekonomikā.
Otrajā nodaļā “Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus ietekmējošie faktori” sniedz informāciju par makroekonomiskiem ietekmējošiem faktoriem, par Valsts izstrādāto koncēpciju, privatizācijas procesa, kā arī banku piedāvāto pakalpojumu ietekme uz nekustāmā īpašuma tirgus attīstību un darbību, kā arī namīpašumu apsaimniekotāju lomu šajā procesā.
Trešā nodaļa “Nekustāmā īpašuma tirugus analīze par 2006.g – 2009. gadiem” tiek analīzets nekustāma īpašuma tirgus 4 gadu laikā, apkopota informācija par dzīvokļi tirgus Rīgas centrā un Rīgas mikrorajonos; zemes tirgu raksturojums; jauno projektu būvniecības un attīstība.
Balsoties uz pētījumiem par dzīvokļu tirgus attīstību autors ir izdarījis savus secinājumus un devis priekšlikumus veiksmīgai tirgus attīstībai. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The title of Diploma paper is „The Real Estate Market`s analysis in Latvia”. The aim of the work is to anylise the real estate market in the country, find out forces influencing this market, draw conclusions and provide suggestions for the development of the real estate market.
The Diploma paper contains 79 pages, 6 tables and 10 pictures.
The Diploma paper is divided in three chapters in logical sequence describing real estate market in Latvia.
First chapter is called „The current state of the real estate market”. This chapter provides overall picture of the market with closer look into residential apartment segment. This segment ir examinded in more detail and it’s relative weight in Latvian economy is measured.
Second chapter „The Forces influencing real estate market” provides information on various forces affecting the real estate market. Among them macroeconomic factors, privatisation process, commercial bank activities, real estate developers and many others.
Third chapter „Real estate market analysis for period 2006 – 2009” shows the dynamics of the market of 4 years. There is gathered information on apartment market in Riga and it’s suburbs, land for sale rates and new housing development history.
Upon completion of the work the author provides conclusions and suggestions for apartment market succesful development in Latvia. | en_US |
