Grāmatvedības darba organizācija un analīze SIA "ABC"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Grāmatvedības darba organizācija un analīze SIA”ABC”” tika izstrādāts, jo Latvijas uzņēmumos nepieciešami labi kvalificēti grāmatveži un grāmatvedības organizācija labākajā līmenī. Bez grāmatvedības organizācijas uzņēmums nespētu darboties un kontrolēt savas izmaksas un ieņēmumus, tāpēc autore izvērtēja grāmatvedības organizācijas politiku un analizēja SIA”ABC” grāmatvedības organizāciju. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt informāciju, kas saistīta ar grāmatvedības darbu uzņēmumos, un analizēt konkrētā uzņēmuma (SIA „ABC”) grāmatvedības darbu un grāmatvedības organizāciju. Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir izvērtēt un analizēt grāmatvedības organizāciju saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem, grāmatvedības standartiem, kā arī izvērtēt SIA”ABC” grāmatvedības organizāciju pēc uzņēmumā izstrādātajiem dokumentiem, analizēt finanšu rādītājus SIA”ABC” un tos salīdzināt ar SIA”DCG”. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, autore darbu ir izstrādājusi piecās nodaļās, no kurām pirmajā nodaļā tiek izvērtēta grāmatvedības teorija pēc likumdošanas, otrajā nodaļā izvērtēta SIA”ABC” grāmatvedības organizācijas un uzskaites kārtība pēc uzņēmumā izstrādātajiem dokumentiem, trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta SIA”ABC” saimnieciskā darbība un turpmākā attīstība, ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikta analīze un novērtēšana SIA”ABC” finanšu rādītājiem no 2008.gada līdz 2010.gadam un piektajā nodaļā tiek veikta finanšu rādītāju salīdzināšana starp SIA”ABC” un SIA”DCG”. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts uz 65 lapām. Darbā ir izmantoti 26 attēli un 23 formulas. Darba beigās ir izdarīti secinājumi un pievienoti 15 pielikumi uz 25 lapām. Izstrādājot darbu tika izmantoti 20 literatūras avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: grāmatvedības organizācija, finanšu analīze, bilance, peļņas un zaudējumu aprēķins, likviditāte, maksātspēja, aktīvu aprite, rentabilitāte.

The paper „Organization and Analysis of Bookkeeping in ABC Ltd” was developed due to necessity of high level accountants and bookkeeping services in enterprises in Latvia. An enterprise cannot function or control its earnings and expenses without a bookkeeping system, so, the author of the Paper has evaluated the policy of bookkeeping system and analyzed the bookkeeping system in ABC Ltd. The goal of the Paper is to explore the information concerning bookkeeping process in enterprises and to analyze the process and system of bookkeeping in the particular enterprise ABC Ltd. The task of the Paper is to: evaluate and analyze the bookkeeping system according to Legislative Acts of the Republic of Latvia and the bookkeeping standards; to analyze the bookkeeping system documents in the enterprise ABC Ltd; to analyze the financial indices in ABC Ltd and compare those to DCG Ltd’s documents. In accordance to achieve the set goal of the Paper, the author has divided it in five chapters. In the first chapter the author has evaluated the theory of bookkeeping according to the legislation. The second chapter is about the bookkeeping system and accountancy documents in ABC Ltd. In the third chapter the author has described the economic activity and further development of ABC Ltd. The forth chapter is devoted to analysis and valuation of ABC Ltd’s financial indices from the year 2008 to 2010. In the fifth chapter the author has compared the financial indices in ABC Ltd and in DCG Ltd. The Paper consists of 65 pages; there are 23 pictures and 23 formulas used in this Paper. At the end of the Paper there is conclusion and 15 attachments that take 25 pages. The author of the Paper has used 20 sources of literature.
