Diplomdarba tēma ir aktuāla, jo finanšu analīzes rezultāti ļauj uzņēmuma vadībai pieņemt lēmumus, kuri palīdzes sasniegt mērķus un atklāt problēmas.
Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma „X” attīstības iespējas un pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma turpmākai attīstībai.
Pēc darba rezultātiem var secināt, ka:
•Uzņēmumam „X” ir jāiegulda reklāmā, lai būtu iespējams realizēt iegādātās preces, kas sekmēs finansiālās situācijas uzlabošanos.
•Visā analizētā periodā uzņēmums „X” strādāja ar peļņu, atšķirībā no konkurentiem.
•Galvenie finansu rādītāji 2011.gadā ir zemāk nekā konkurentiem, bet savlaicīgi realizējot savas jauniegūtās preces, uzņēmums „X” var kļūt konkurentspējīgāks.
Darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses, tajā iekļauti 2 attēli, 36 tabulas, 22 formulas, 3 pielikumi.

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the possibilities of development of company “X” and to develop offers of further development, based on financial analysis.
Conclusions can be drawn, based on results of the diploma work:
•Company “X” should invest in advertising, so that there would be a better chance to sell products, which will lead to improvement of the financial situation.
•In comparison to the analyzed rival companies, company “X” worked with profit throughout the analyzed period.
•Company “X” has lower financial indicators in 2011, compared to their rivals, but the sale of bought products, can help the company become more competitive.
The work volume is 60 pages, it includes 2 pictures, 36 tables, 22 formulas, 3 appendices are enclosed.
