AS Diena grupas finanšu stāvokļa novērtējums un nodokļu optimizācijas iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „AS Diena grupas finanšu stāvokļa novērtējums un nodokļu optimizācijas iespējas”. Darba tēmas izvēles pamatā bija interese šajā jomā, kā arī tas, ka neviena uzņēmuma darbība un vadības lēmumu pieņemšana nav iespējama bez tā izpētes, analīzes un izvērtēšanas. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt AS Diena grupas finanšu stāvokli, un veicot uzņēmuma aprēķināto nodokļu analīzi, rast to optimizācijas iespējas. Darbā autore pētīja, AS Diena koncerna finanšu stāvokli un nodokļu optimizācijas iespējas, konstatēja, ka koncernam izdevīgi veidot ar pievienotās vērtības nodokli apliekamo personu grupu, ko pamato darbā ar aprēķiniem. Darbs sastāv no 83 lappusēm, 42 tabulām, 3 attēliem. The reason to choose this theme was the interest in this field as well as the fact that the executive decisions of management and company’s functionality heavily depend on its’ research, analysis and evaluation. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of JSC Diena group and, by doing the analysis of calculated taxes, to find the opportunities of tax optimization. The author of thesis has studied the financial situation and tax optimization opportunities of JSC Diena group and recognized that it would be beneficial for the company to create a group of individuals that could be taxable with VAT.
