Abstract

Autors: Zigmunds Zabarovskis Darba nosaukums: „ Skolotāju motivēšanas iespējas skolā x”. Zinātniskais vadītājs: dr. hist. asac. prof. Andris Putniņš Darbs satur: 93 lpp.,tai skaitā 38 attēli, 2 pielikumi, tika izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti. Darba galvenais mērķis: Pilnveidot skolotāju motivāciju pilsētas un lauku skolās. Darba uzdevumi: 1 Izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru, kas saistīta ar motivāciju. 2. Veikt aptauju pilsētas un lauku skolā. 3. Apzināt un izvērtēt motivēšanas paņēmienus aptaujātajās skolās. 4. Veikt iegūto rezultātu salīdzinošo analīzi. 5. Pētījumu rezultātā, pamatojoties uz iegūtās informācijas apkopošanu un analīzi, noskaidrot pastāvošās motivēšanas procesa stiprās un vājās puses. 6. Izstrādāt ieteikumus motivēšanas pilnveidošanai pilsētas un lauku skolā, ko varētu izmantot skolu vadītāji.

Metodes un informācijas avoti: rakstiska aptauja, novērošana, datu apstrādes statistiskā metode. Darba struktūru veido divas pamatnodaļas: pirmā - teorētiskā daļa, kurā izklāstītas teorētiskās atziņas par motivāciju, un otrā - praktiskā daļa, kurā ar aptaujas palīdzību tiek atklātas skolotāju motivēšanas stiprās un vājās puses analizētajās skolās. Maģistra darbs ir veltīts skolotāju motivācijas pilnveides iespējām skolā. Darbs balstīts uz dažādu zinātnieku teorijām. Par pētījuma bāzi izvēlētas Rēzeknes 5. vidusskola un Daugaviešu pamatskola. Darbā pētīta skolotāju motivācija.

Method and information springs: research of the scientific literature, writing questioning. A work structure is formed by two basic departments: the first - theoretical part, in which the theoretical conclusions are expounded for motivation, and the second - practical part, in which with a questioning help are opened in the analysed schools of the explain of teachers strong and weak halves. Master's degree work is dedicated to motivation of teachers improvements in school. Work is propped up on the theories of various scientists. For research base are selected Rēzeknes 5th. secondary school and Daugaviešu primary school. In work is probed motivation of teachers.
