Nodarbinātība Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Nodarbinātība Latvijā” tiek apskatīta un analizēta nodarbinātības un bezdarba situācija Latvijā, kā arī Latvijas valdības veiktie pasākumi nodarbinātības veicināšanai. Darbā tiek apskatīta nodarbinātības situācija Latvijā laika posmā no 2007.gada līdz 2012.gadam. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas darba tirgus teorijas , otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti Latvijas statistikas dati laikposmā no 2007. gada līdz 2012.gadam un trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti Latvijas valdības veiktie un plānotie nodarbinātības veicināšanas pasākumi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt situāciju darba tirgū Latvijā un gūt priekšstatu par darba tirgus darbību. Darbā tiek izmantota zinātniskā literatūra, publicētie pētījumi un elektroniskie informācijas avoti. Bakalaura darbā ir 22 attēli un 10 tabulas.

In the bachelor paper „Employment in Latvija ” is discussed and analyzed the employment and unemployment situation in Latvian, as well as the measures taken by the Latvian government to improve the situation of employment in Latvia. The paper examines the employment situation in Latvia from year 2007 until year 2012. The paper consists of three sections. The first chapter examines the labor market theories, the second chapter analyzes the statistics of Latvia in the period from year 2007 until year 2012, and the third chapter deals with the Latvian government measures taken and planned employment improvement measures. The objective is to study the situation in the labor market of Latvia and to see how the labor market works. In the bachelor paper there is used the scientific literature, published studies and electronic sources of information. In the bachelor paper there are 22 images and 10 tables.
