Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Mājokļa apsaimniekošanas formas un to finanšu analīze”. Komunālas saimniecības problēma ir viena no centrālajām problēmām pilsētā ar kuru saistīts ikviens cilvēks. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt komunālo pakalpojumu sfēru, veikt apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumu finanšu analīzi un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus komunālo pakalpojumu izmaksu samazināšanai. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts komunālo pakalpojumu raksturojums, cenu veidošanās mehānisms komunālajā sfērā un konkurētspējas attīstība dotajā sfērā. Otrajā nodaļā pētītas apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumu formas. Trešajā nodaļā izpētīti uzņēmuma finansiāli saimnieciskās darbības galvenie teorētiskie aspekti. Ceturtajā nodaļā veikta SIA „Pļavnieku nami” no 2008.gada līdz 2010.gadam un biedrības „Lubānas 137” no 2009.gada līdz 2011.gadam darbības analīze. Maģistra darba sastāv no 96 lapaspusēm. Darbā iekļauta 21 tabula, 20 attēlu un 19 formulu. Darba izpildīšanai tika izmantota informācija no 27 avotiem.

The theme of the Master paper is “The management forms of habitation and their analysis of finances”. The problem of community management is one of the main problems in the city which every person is faced with. The aim of the Master work is to study the public services area, to analyses financial reports of administrating enterprises and basing on the results of the research to work auto suggestions for reducing payments for the public services. In the first chapter of the work the author gives the characteristic of public services, studies the mechanism of the establishing prices in the public area and the development of competitiveness in this area. In the second chapter there are management forms of the enterprises described. In the third chapter the author studies main the theretical aspects of the financial management activity. In the fourth chapter there is given on analysis of activity of SIA “Pļavnieku nami” from 2008 till 2010 and enterprise “Lubānas 137” from 2009 till 2011. The Master paper consists of 96 pages. The work involves 21 charters, 20 figures and 19 formulas. The bibliography include 27 literary sources.
