Jauno ciematu tirgus analīze Babītes pagastā

Abstract

Maģistra darba autore ir Baiba Kopmane. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt jaunos ciematos Babītes pagastā. Kopumā darbā ir 4 nodaļas – ievads, kurā tiek aprakstītas tirgus tendences un tēmas aktualitāte, 1.nodaļa – Ārējās vides jēdziens un saturs tiek apzināta nekustumā īpašuma ārējā vide un cenu ietekmējošie faktori. 2.nodaļa – Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus tiek izpētīts nekustamais īpašums, gan no Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas aspekta, gan no attīstības tendencēm sākot no 1990. gada 3.nodaļa – Latvijas dzīvojamo platību tirgus analīze parāda kādas dzīvojamās platības patreiz ir pieejamas tirgū, to pieprasījumu un attīstības dinamika. 4.nodaļa – Babītes pagasta vides analīze praktiski iepazīstina ar pagastu, to jaunajiem ciematiem un attīstības tendencēm.

Sadaļā Secinājumi un Priekšlikumi autore izsaka savus secinājumus, kas radušies darba gaitā, kā arī sniedz priekšlikumus, kā labāk pilnveidot un attīstīt jaunos ciematus Babītes pagastā. Maģistra darbam kopā ir 109 lpp, kurās ir attēlotas 9 tabulas, 26 attēli, 7 pielikumi, kā arī 50 literatūras avoti.

The author of general master is Baiba Kopmane. Target of general master was to analyse all villages in Babītes district. In general Master’s paper has 4 chapters in which Latvia’s immovable market and separate market segment- new building project, in this case- building of villages is examined and analysed. In chapter 1 “External environment of immovable property”, the environment of present Latvia's immovable market, its current events and problems are described and analysed in details. In chapter 2 “Immovable property of Latvia” development of immovable market when Republic of Latvia acquired independency is described, as well as types of immovable market, its individuality and factors influencing it. In chapter 3 " Market analysis of Latvia’s dwelling space” author in details states what kind of dwelling spaces are available in Latvia’s market of immovable property, as well as its supply and demand. In chapter 4 “External environment of Babītes perish” the main aim of this paper- parish together with its infrastructure and new villages, is analysed. There are 109 pages, which includes 9 tables, 26 pictures, 7 appositions and 50 literature sources.
