Abstract

Diplomdarbā tika raksturoti un izpētīti Pasaules Bankas un Starptautiska valūtas fonda vēsture, struktūra, mērķi, darbība, tās pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti, kritika un reformas, kā arī sadarbība ar Baltijas valstīm. Teorija tika papildināta ar dažiem statistiskiem datiem, grafiskiem attēlojumiem (4 attēli un 10 tabulas). Tēmas izpētes gaitā tika veikta latviešu un ārzemju literatūras un interneta resursu pētīšana, statistikas datu apstrāde. Kā galvenie informācijas avoti tika izmantota literatūra latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā, kā arī Baltijas valstu bankas, Pasaules Bankas un Starptautiska Valūtas fonda pārskati un ziņojumi. Diplomdarbā tiek mēģināts noskaidrot PB un SVF darbību, iespējamas problēmas un veiktus finansējumus, kā arī projektu realizēšana Baltijas valstīs. In graduation work described and studied the World Bank’s and International Monetary Fund's history, structure, purpose, operation, and its positive and negative aspects, critique and reform, as well as cooperation with the Baltic States. The theory has been supplemented with some statistical data, graphic (4 images and 10 tables). Topics of research has been carried in the Latvian and foreign literature and Internet resources for research, statistical data processing. As the main sources of information were literature in Latvian, Russian and English languages, as well as the Baltic countries, the World Bank’s and International Monetary Fund's surveys and reports. In graduation work are trying to find the WB and the IMF's activities, and potential problems of commitment, as well as project implementation in the Baltic States.
