Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba tēma ir ”Darbinieku motivēšana uzņēmumā SIA Palink”. Darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar motivācijas teorijām un uzņēmumā esošo motivēšanas sistēmu, lai ierosinātu darbinieku motivācijas paaugstināšanas priekšlikumus.
Teorētiskajā daļā apkopota informācija par motivācijas jēdzienu un motivācijas teorijām. Empīriskajā daļā pētīta personāla vadības sistēma konkrētajā uzņēmumā un, balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, secināts kādi faktori un kā ietekmē darbinieku motivāciju.
Galvenie iegūtie rezultāti:
1.izpētītas un analizētas dažādas motivēšanas teorijas;
2.izpētīta konkrēta uzņēmuma darbība un motivēšanas pielietojums tajā;
3.veikta aptauja, analizēti iegūtie dati, izstrādāti priekšlikumi motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai.
Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes- monogrāfiskā, empīriskā, datu statistiskā apstrāde un grafiskā metode. The aim of the Bachelor Paper is to get acquainted with the motivation theories and the system of motivation at the enterprise in order to propose suggestions for improvement of employee’s motivation.
In the theoretical part information about motivation theories is summarised. In the practical part a research on the staff management system at the particular enterprise is carried out and according to the results of the research.
The main results achieved:
1.theories of motivation have been studied and analyzed;
2.operation of the particular enterprise and the application of motivation in it has been researched;
3.A survey has been carried out, the suggestions for the improvement of motivation system have been developed.
The applied research methods – monographic, practical, statistical processing of data and graphical method.
