Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Starptautiska startup akseleratora izveide Latvijā – nepieciešamības izvērtējums un startup akseleratora modeļa izstrāde”
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Latvijas startup vidi, nepieciešamību pēc starptautiska startup akseleratora, kā arī izstrādāt ekonomiski pamatotu potenciālo akseleratoru modeli. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām, kur pirmajā daļā tiek pētītas inovāciju kā arī uzņēmējdarbības nozīme ekonomikā, ka arī teorētiskie aspekti par startup, akseleratoriem. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēti Eiropas, Somijas un Latvijas akseleratori un startup vides. Trešajā darba daļā tiek izstrādāts starptautiska startup akseleratora modelis Latvijā. Darba rezultātā tika atklāts, ka starptautiska startup akseleratora izveide Latvijā ir ekonomiski pamatota divos no trijiem apskatītājiem scenārijiem – reālistiskajā un optimālajā.
Atslēgvārdi: akselerators, startup, inovācijas The theme of the bachelor thesis is „ Creation of international startup accelerator in Latvia – evaluation of the necessity and development of accelerator model”. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate Latvian startup environment, necessity of the international startup accelerator and develop economically feasible model of the potential accelerator. Bachelor paper consists of three parts. In the first part of the bachelor author has studied role of innovation and entrepreneurship in the economy, as well as theoretical aspects of startup and accelerators. In the second part author has analysed the European, Finnish and Latvian accelerators and startup environment. In the third part author has developed international startup accelerator model in Latvia. In the result, it was found that the establishment of an international startup accelerator in Latvia is economical feasible in two of the three scenarios – realistic and optimal.
