Abstract
„Tehniskais atbalsta centrs” ir izstradats lai parvaldit SimBASE sistemas zvanu centru
izmantojot SBAPI saskarni. Galvenais merkis padarit zvanu meklešanu un registraciju atraku,
vienkaršaku un ertaku. Datu apmaina starp sistemam notiek secigi sutot un sanemot vienadi
verstus XML zinojumus.
„Technical support center application” is developed to manage SimBASE system call center using SBAPI interface. Faster, easier and comfortable calls register and search are main objectives. Data exchange between the systems is realised by sequenced exchange of one-way XML messages.
