Abstract
Darbā veikti punktveida defektu pētījumi ar rentgenapstarotās oksifluorīda stikla keramikās ar optiskās absorbcijas un termostimulētās luminiscences metodēm. Novērots, ka pēc rentgenapstarošanas rodas ar defektiem saistītas, platas papildus optiskās absorbcijas joslas pie 502 nm un 720 nm, kā arī termostimulētā luminiscence ar galvenajiem maksimumiem pie 139 K un 297 K.
In this work, investigations of point defects in oxyfluoride glass-ceramics have been made with optical absorbtion and thermostimulated luminescence methods. After X irradiation defect-related, wide additional optical absorbtion bands at 502 nm and 720 nm have been observed as well as thermostimulated luminescence with main peaks at 139 K and 297 K.
