Cieto grunšu makroaļģu izplatība un ekoloģiskā nozīme Akmeņraga piekrastē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ‘’Cieto grunšu makroaļģu izplatība un ekoloģiskā nozīme Akmeņraga piekrastē’’ ir apkopota informācija par Eiropā un Latvijā veiktajiem pētījumiem par jūru cieto grunšu bentisko makroaļģu nozīmi, vērtējot teritorijas vides stāvokli. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. Pirmā ir teorētiskā nodaļa, kurā tiek apskatīti normatīvie akti, kuri nosaka nepieciešamību veikt dabisko ūdeņu monitoringu un novērtēt to ekoloģisko kvalitāti, kā arī publicētā zinātniskā literatūra par to, kā šādu monitoringu veikt, par parametru izmantojot bentisko aļģu sabiedrības. Šajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta Eiropas valstu pieredze makroaļģu izmantošanā ūdens ekoloģiskā stāvokļa novērtēšanai. Nodaļā ‘’Materiāli un metodes’’ tiek apskatīts autores pētījums par Latvijā veikto bentisko makroaļģu monitoringu Aizasrgājamās Jūras teritorijas ‘’Akmeņrags- Pāvilosta’’ piekrastē. Nodaļā ‘’Pētījuma rezultāti’’ tiek apskatīti pētījumā iegūtie dati par makroaļģu sabiedrību izplatību un sugu sastāvu, kā arī par makroaļģēm pieejamo substrātu Akmeņraga piekrastē. Iegūtie rezultāti ir attēloti ar attēlu un grafiku palīdzību. Nodaļā ‘’Diskusija’’ autores veiktais pētījums Akmeņraga piekrastē tiek salīdzināts ar līdzīgi veiktu pētījumu Papes piekrastē, kā arī tiek meklētas likumsakarības, kas izskaidrotu makroaļģu sabiedrību sastāvu un izplatību atkarībā no dažādiem šai teritorijai raksturīgajiem vides parametriem. Darbs sastāv no 60 lapaspusēm, tajā ir iekļauti 26 attēli un 5 tabulas. Atslēgas vārdi: bentiskās makroaļģes, ekoloģiskā kvalitāte, Baltijas jūra, Akmeņrags.

Master’s thesis ‘’ Distribution and ecological role of hard bottom macroalgae in the Akmeņrags coast’’ gives the information over the reserch made in Latvia as well as in European countries about the use of hard- bottom benthic macroalgae in order to assess the ecological quality. The thesis is made up from 4 parts. The first part is a theoretical description about the ecological valuation according to legislation instruments such as EU directives which emphasizes the necessity to monitore natural waterbodies and to establish its ecological quality by using benthic macroalgae community data. The first part gives the small review about the monitoring made ir European countries and also in Latvia. The second part ‘’Materials and Methods’’ decribes the reserach made by the author to gain the information about macroalagae communities in Akmeņrags coastal area. The third part ‘’Results’’gives the information about the macroalgal species composition and distribution as well as information on subratum diversity. In the ‘’Discussion’’ part, author compares her research with the similar research made in Pape coastal area and gives the explanation of factors related to macroalgal distribution and ecological role in Akmeņrags coast. The thesis consists of 60 pages and includes 26 pictures and 5 tables.
