| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā apskatīta 3 fitoplanktona novērtēšanas metožu rezultātu saistība un to pielietošanas rezultātā radušos kļūdu cēloľi. Uzsvars likts uz vienkāršāk veicamo analīžu iespējamu apvienošanu, lai aizvietotu kvalitatīvās novērtēšanas metodi, kuras īstenošana patērē daudz laika un resursu. Viens no darba mērķiem ir iepazīties ar Rīgas līcī pārstāvētajām fitoplanktona sugām un apgūt nepieciešamās iemaľas to patstāvīgai identifikācijai.
2008. gada rudenī un 2009. gada pavasarī Rīgas līča pārejas un līča atklātās daļas ūdeľos pētīta fitoplanktona attīstība - noteikts sugu kvalitatīvais sastāvs, fitoplanktona kopējie un tā atsevišķu klašu, kā arī sugu kvantitatīvie lielumi dažādos Rīgas līča rajonos.

| dc.description.abstract | In this Bachelor thesis connectedness between 3 phytoplankton assessment method results and the reasons of possible result inaccuracy has been studied. Special emphasis has been put on the possible consolidation of the simplest analysis in order for the qualitative assessment method that requires a great deal of time and resources to be replaced. One of the objectives also is to get acquainted with phytoplankton species that are abundant in Riga bay and acquire necessary skills to carry out an independent identification process.
In autumn 2008 and spring 2009 phytoplankton development has been studied, identifying species qualitative, quantitative and semi-quantitative composition, phytoplankton total and class divided values in stations of transitional and open part of Riga bay.
