Vides izziņas izpratnes veidošana dabaszinību stundās par bīstamajiem atkritumiem un to apsaimniekošanu Olainē

Abstract

Diplomdarbs tika veltīts bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošanas problēmas izpētei Latvijā un pasaulē. Bīstamo atkritumu problēma ir aktuāla jo nepareizi tos apsaimniekojot tiek radīts apdraudējums cilvēku veselībai, dzīvībai un apkārtējai videi. Izstrādājot darbu iepazinos ar literatūru par atkritumu, tai skaitā, bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošanas vēsturi pasaulē un Latvijā. Izpētīju literatūru par atkritumu klasifikāciju, par dažādu atkritumu veidu kaitējumu cilvēku veselībai un videi. Izanalizēju un apkopoju svarīgākos Latvijas Republikas Ministru kabineta lēmumus un noteikumus par bīstamajiem atkritumiem un to apsaimniekošanas veidiem un iespējām Latvijā. Vairākkārtīgi apmeklējot Bīstamo atkritumu sadedzināšanas kompleksu Olainē, apkopoju un izanalizēju visus pieejamos materiālus par šo kompleksu, tā darbību un ietekmi uz cilvēku veselību un vidi. Izmantojot materiālos esošo informāciju, izveidoju diagrammas, kurās atspoguļotas dažādu ķīmisko vielu emisijas gaisā dažādos laika posmos. Veicot šo diagrammu analīzi noskaidroju, kādas vielas dedzinot emisijas rādītāji ir augstāki. Intervēju Olaines bīstamo atkritumu sadedzināšanas kompleksa galveno operatoru Gunti Pužuli. Izmantoju arī anketēšanas metodi, lai noskaidrotu, kāda ir dažāda vecuma olainiešu attieksme pret to, ka šāds komplekss atrodas pilsētas teritorijā. Ar aptaujas palīdzību arī noskaidroju, cik lielā mērā cilvēki jūtas apdraudēti dzīvojot tuvumā šādam kompleksam. Darbā ir apkopots plašs ilustratīvais materiāls (diagrammas, fotogrāfijas, tabulas) par Olaines bīstamo atkritumu sadedzināšanas kompleksu, tā darbību un ietekmes uz vidi izvērtējums. Materiālu ir paredzēts izmantot dabaszinību stundās pamatskolā, mācot par vides aizsardzību, tīras vides saglabāšanu. Darbs var tikt izmantots arī ģeogrāfijas un ķīmijas stundās pamatskolā, kā arī mācot dabaszinības vidusskolā.

Diploma Paper brings out the problem of hazardous waste management in Latvia and all ove the world. The problem of hazardous waste is urgent because incorrect management endengers people’s health and life, environment. Some literature about the history of management of waste, int. Al. Hazardous waste, in Latvia and other countries was studied to work out this paper. Also literature about the classification of the waste and the ways in which different kinds of wate harm environment and people’s health was studied. The most important regulations and rules issued by Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Latvia about hazardous waste and the methods and possibilities of management of them in Latvia were also studied and summarized. After repeatedly visits to the Complex of Incineratort of Hazardous Waste in Olaine all the available materiāls about it, its work and influence on people’ were summarized and analysed. The information from materiāls had been used to draw some diagrams about emission of several chemical elements into the air in different periods of time. According to diagrams was established what aģents brings the highest rates of the emission. Guntis Puzulis, the chief of the Complex of Incinerator of Hazardous Waste in Olaine, was interweaved. A questionnaire was used to find out the opinions of inhabitants different ages of Olaine about the Complex of Incinerator that is located in the territory of the town. It was also used to find out the level of perilousness among inhabitants of Olaine who live near by to the Complex. Paper gives a wide illustrative material (diagrams, pictures and tabeles) about the Complex of Incinerator of Hazardous Waste in Olaine, its work and assessment of influence on the environment. The material is provided for using in science lessons in primary school to study about nature protection and saving environment. It could be also used teaching geography and chemistry in primary school as well as for teaching science in secondary school.
