Abstract
vecumā no 18 līdz 102 gadiem, kuriem no 2000 līdz 2010 gadam Paula StradiĦa
klīniskajā universitātes slimnīcā bija veikta fibrokolonoskopija, kopsummā šāda
procedūra tika veikta 3277 reizes. Dati iegūti no Endoskopijas nodaĜas datu bāzes.
Metodes
Darbā pielietotās statistikas metodes: ANOVA, vienfaktora loăiskas dispersijas
analīze.
Pētījuma mērėi:
1. Pacientu, kuriem veikta kolonoskopija, datu analīze, endoskopijā
diagnosticēto polipu izplatības izvērtēšana
2. Pacientiem, kuriem veikta kolonoskopija un resnās zarnas polipu
ablācija, pielietoto endoskopijas terapijas metožu izvērtēšana
3. Pacientu, kuriem veikta kolonoskopija, endoskopijā diagnosticēto
polipu malignitātes pakāpes izvērtēšana
4. Pacientu, kuriem veikta kolonoskopija un resnās zarnas polipu
ablācija, recidīvu varbūtības izvērtēšana
Darba uzdevumi:
1. Literatūras datu analīze par kolonoskopijā diagnosticēto polipu izplatību
un terapijas metodēm
2. Pētījuma protokola izveidošana
3. Datu bāzē pieejamo endoskopiju rezultātu apkopošana, protokola
aizpildīšana
4. Datu apstrāde un analīze
Prevalence of polyposis in large intestine, comparative analysis of endoscopic management in patients who underwent colonoscopy. Retrospective comparative study was made that included date from 2579 patients who were 18 to 102 years old. The data was collected in Pauls Stradins Clinical University hospital from Endoscopic Unit data base. All data was collected in time period from year 2000 till year 2010. Methods Statistical method: ANOVA was used. Aims: 1. Data analysis; evaluation of endoscopicaly diagnosed polyp prevalence for patients, who underwent colonoscopy. 2. Evaluation of endoscopic management for patients, who underwent colonoscopy and ablation of colonic polyps. 3. Malignancy degree evaluation used in endoscopicaly diagnosed polyps for patients, who underwent colonoscopy. 4. Evaluation of recurrence rate of colonic polyps, for patients, who underwent colonoscopy and ablation techniques. Objectives: 1. Literature analysis of prevalence and management of polyps that could be diagnosed in colonoscopy. 2. Elaboration of study protocol 3. Data collection, completion of the study protocol 4. Data analysis and formation of conlusions
